Sky Go is driving me crazy. I am supposed to have Sky Go Extra free as am a VIP platinum customer. But whenever I try to download anything a message appears saying I have to update my subscription. I have tried everything. On my sky box screen, in the app, at Sky.Com. Nothing will allow me to access anything to activate it. Please help. Thank you.
