Jul 09, 2020 · When you have Wi-Fi but no internet connection, the problem usually lies in your own devices rather than your internet service provider. The most likely culprit is a router and/or modem. The quickest fix is to restart one or both. After restarting if you still have no internet, there are several other troubleshooting steps you can try. In the taskbar, the Wi-Fi icon shows No Internet Access, but I have a stable internet connection wirelessly (Ex: I can browse the internet, ping IP Addresses, etc.).
